Coaching is about pulling out your best ideas and supporting
you to make them happen. Our relationship is set up and customized
for exactly what you need to get amazing results.
Our first
session will be to gain clarity on your vision (or path),
goals (or intentions) and to determine specifically how to
support you in thriving while you are moving to the next
level. You will also share with me how I can be the best possible
coach for you so that means my approach with you will be customized
completely to your needs. I will customize the coaching relationship
and your preparation form so it is designed to optimize your
results from our call.
Most
coaching work is done by in 30-45 minute phone calls and
some can be done in person. To make the calls as useful as
possible, before each call you will briefly document how you
are progressing towards your goals and share successes and
challenges, and most importantly you will outline what result
you are hoping for during your coaching call. I will review
your update and your overall file and will come prepared knowing
your context and with some ideas on how to meet your objectives
for our session together.
During
the call or session, we will play and work together in
both imaginative and practical spaces to achieve the shifts
or goals you are wanting to make. My goal is to have you leaving
the call inspired and clear about how to move forward and
having met your objective for the call.

To keep
our relationship growing and do a little in-depth work, every
six months you are welcome to a complimentary two and a half
hour session to reinvigorate or update your vision and goals
or do look at some in-depth question or how to overcome a
significant obstacle.
Nancy's

of those around her make her an incredible ally, advisor,

Nancy's
coaching style is customized to your needs and has been

My role

limits of what you thought was possible.
